These Terms and Conditions govern the SAGA ‘SAGA Annual Trip’ promotion, offering qualifying Saga Travel Insurance customers a bundle of the following five (5) rewards; WHSmith £8.99 book voucher, WHSmith standard meal deal voucher,  Gold Status on Club Avolta, Veho G-Tag Tracker and £5 Costa gift card (“the Rewards”) from Saga (“the Promoter”). These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the Promotion. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating,claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Administrator: TLC Worldwide, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 8EW is the “Administrator" 


1. Eligibility: UK only. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK aged 18+. Excludes employees of the Promoter and the Administrator and their respective affiliates or agents, the immediate families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion. Promotion is only available to new Saga Travel Insurance policy holders. Eligible customers must receive a qualification email from Saga, inviting them to claim their reward. Customers must have agreed to the terms and conditions to claim their Reward.


2. Promotional Period: 00:01 26th August 2025 - 23:59 30th November 2025.Customers must have purchased a new Saga Travel Insurance policy. Customer must have received their invitational email or letter from Saga during this period.


3. Claim Period: Starts 00:01 25th September 2025 – 23:59 9th January 2026. Any claims submitted outside this period will be rejected. Upon receipt of your email or letter from the Promoter sent to the email address or address provided when making the purchase of a qualifying Saga Travel insurance product, customers will be directed to www.sagaannualtripreward.com and must enter the unique code found in their invitational email or letter within 60 days of receipt. After 60 days the unique code will no longer be valid, and the reward can no longer be claimed. Once the reward is claimed, customers will instantly be sent an email with a reward code to use to claim their reward with the chosen partner.


4. One claim per person, per email/letter. Each customer may claim up to a maximum of five (5) rewards, with a maximum limit of one (1) of each reward type. Once the reward has been claimed, it cannot be exchanged or substituted for an alternative reward. 


5. The rewards offered are at the discretion of the Promoter in the Saga promotion.


6. How to participate:


  1. Customer must receive an invitational email or letter from Saga (the “Promoter”) during the promotional period. This will contain the promotional website URL and a unique code.
  2. Customer will be directed to the promotional website www.sagaannualtripreward.com to register their full name, email address and enter their unique code.
  3. Once a customer’s registration has been validated, they will receive an email confirmation within 3 working days with a unique claim link to claim their five rewards. This claim link will be valid to claim five (5) rewards only.
  4. Customer must then select the reward they would like to claim, once selected, customer will receive an email with the partner details and next steps to redeeming their rewards.


Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.


7. The Rewards:

Each customer will be able to claim all 5 rewards on the Saga reward portal.


A. WHSmith Meal Deal voucher

  1. This voucher entitles the customer to one (1) free standard meal deal in-store.
  2. This voucher can only be redeemed in the United Kingdom and does not include franchised stores.
  3. Applies to any standard meal deal only. Premium, promotional, or third-party products may be excluded.
  4. Subject to availability.
  5. You must scan the unique product specific QR code found in your email at the till point to use.
  6. Substitutes will not be offered if qualifying products are unavailable.
  7. This voucher is valid for single use only.
  8. Not valid in conjunction with any other voucher, discount, or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
  9. Vouchers expire on 31st December 2026 at midnight or 12 months from once you receive your voucher, whichever comes first. Vouchers presented after this time will not be accepted. Only original vouchers will be accepted.
  10. Damaged, photocopied, or altered vouchers will be void.
  11. This voucher holds no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold.
  12. Partner: WH Smith Travel Limited Greenbridge Road, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN3 3RXS. We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time and take appropriate action, including cancellation of a card, if necessary, in return for an appropriate refund.

B. WHSmith Book voucher

  1. This voucher entitles the customer to one (1) free book up to the value of £8.99 (RRP).
  2. Applies to in-store book ranges only.
  3. Excludes magazines, stationery, gift cards, or other non-book products.
  4. This voucher can only be redeemed in the United Kingdom and does not include franchised stores.
  5. If the chosen book exceeds £8.99, the customer must pay the difference.
  6. No change will be given if the value of the book is less than £8.99.
  7. This voucher is valid for single use only.
  8. Not valid in conjunction with any other voucher, discount, or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
  9. Subject to availability. Titles may vary by store. Substitutes will not be offered.
  10. Vouchers expire on 31st December 2026 at midnight or 12 months from once you receive your voucher, whichever comes first. Vouchers presented after this time will not be accepted.

C. Costa Coffee eGift card

  1. This voucher entitles the customer to 1 x £5 Costa coffee eGift card for use against any item(s) to the value of £5.
  2. The recipient can purchase items greater than the total value of £5 by paying the difference.
  3. The eGift cards can be used at participating Costa Coffee outlets in England, Scotland and Wales only.
  4. The eGift cards cannot be used at Costa Coffee Express locations, Costa Coffee ‘Proud to Serve’ locations.
  5. Vouchers expire on 25th September 2026 at midnight or 10 months from once you receive your voucher, whichever comes first. Vouchers presented after this time will not be accepted.
  6. Only original vouchers will be accepted.
  7. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code.
  8. Discount Codes cannot be used against certain Excluded Products, Gift Cards, exchanges, extensions, money on account, delivery and packaging charges or any other service or facility provided by us.

D. Gold Status on Club Avolta

  1. This promotion entitles eligible users Gold Status within the Club loyalty programme when registering via the promotional link.
  2. You must register for your status by the 31st March 2026, after this point, your promotional code will expire. Once your Gold status is active, it will be valid on your account for 6 months.
  3. Gold Status provides instant savings in World Duty Free stores in UK airports.
  4. Benefits are valid for the duration of the Gold Status membership and are subject to the Club Terms & Conditions - https://www.clubavolta.com/terms-conditions.
  5. Membership upgrades and benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

E. VehoG-Tag GPS Tracker and Locator

  1. This entitles the customer to one (1) x G-Tag GPS Tracker and Locator. This includes standard free delivery.
  2. Customer must reply to their claim email from the Administrator within 3 months of receiving, or by the 30th April 2026, whichever comes first. Customer must state their full name, email address, phone number, delivery address and consent for the Administrator to share this data with the fulfilment agency. Once confirmed, customer will receive their G-Tag GPS tracker within 28 days of the Administrator confirming receipt of their details.
  3. The offer cannot be resold, exchanged or transferred.
  4. No cash value alternative.

8. Each reward will be subject to its own terms and conditions and redemption journey, which will be clearly stated on the claim page. No cash or other alternative reward will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar reward of equal or greater value.


9. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating and accepting their reward. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects reward acceptance or delivery of their reward.


10. The rewards are non-transferable, cannot be resold, auctioned or exchanged and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.


11. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this Promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs, and other additional services that go beyond those described services for reward fulfilment are not included and must be paid by claimants separately.


12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of claimants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose (including passport, driving licence or equivalent) and a reward may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.


13. The Promotion will not be open to you, and your claim will be deemed invalid, if:

  • You reside outside of the UK.
  • You have not received an invitational email/letter from Saga.
  • You have not completed all requested entry fields on the promotional website correctly.
  • You have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.


14. All claims must be made by the claimant themselves. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. Claims by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a claimant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, those claims will be disqualified and any reward provided will be void. The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

16. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter, the Administrator, their agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any claimant, or accept any liability for personal loss, damage or injury suffered by any claimant participating in the promotion or as a result of accepting the reward. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence.


17. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to claimants to avoid undue disappointment.


18. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the promotion.


19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.


20. These Terms and Conditions and any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.


21. The Administrator and the Promoter are responsible for fulfilling all rewards. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion by The Administrator and the Promoter will only be used for validation of claims and for the fulfilment of rewards, unless we have your consent. All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and Administrator and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and their Privacy Notices. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described above.


22. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
